called to order.  A quorum was present. President Fenberg, prime sponsor,
presented Senate Bill 24-206 Capitol Complex Renovation Fund pursuant to
Senate Rule 42. The bill extends certain diversions for capital construction
by one year in FY 2029-30. Senator Fenberg explained the effect of the
bill and discussed its need.
